OK so I'm a moron and I suppose that is as good of a personal introduction as any for my soon-to-be law school peers.
In my infinite wisdom, I have accidentally ordered 2 copies of the Civil Procedure for Professor X's 3:40-4:30 MTRF class. (Friedenthal, Miller, Sexton & Heushkoff) Amazon.com's shopping cart is filled with trickery and deceit, as I apparently I felt quite alright with the number "2" next to my order on the checkout screen.
That said, I have a brand spanking new book here for a loving home. Since it came through a sub-contracted vendor, Amazon will not take it back. While it cost me around $120, I am willing to let it go for less. Send me a message or email with offers.
ALSO: While I doubled up on this particular casebook, Amazon did not have the Criminal Law book I need for Professor's class, 11:15-12:25 MWF. ( Criminal Law: Cases, Statutes, and Lawyering Skills Author: Crump, et al. )
If anyone has yet to purchase books and would feel so inclined, I'd gladly trade my ridiculously heavy Civ Pro casebook for your ridiculously heavy Criminal Law casebook. Shoot me an e-mail and we can exchange cell numbers and make one another offers we can't refuse.
OK for now. If success in Law School is all about attention to details, then I'm off to a wonderful start... Hope to hear from you!
